Being a main contractor with the ability to offer in-house solutions and pricing, this approach will lower our costing in tendering for larger projects, substantially increasing the possibility of clinching contracts.
Alongside with the capabilities offered by this joint venture, expansion of sales interior designer to reach out to a wider audience in the residential market would deem more viable as the Designers will have access to lower costing for general works and carpentry services.

YJ Hardware is Kai Constructs Studio official partner in Carpentry fabrication, supply of Alcor Hinges power tools and safety equipment, YJ Hardware main operation is in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, where the fabrication of carpentry is done and transported to Singapore for installation.
Kwong Ngee Engineering Pte Ltd
Kwong Ngee is Kai Constructs official partner in targeting larger commercial and hospitality projects. Kwong Ngee focuses on the construction of petrol stations in Singapore with experience and expertise in piling and construction.
Sin Cheong Engineering (96) Pte Ltd
Sin Cheong is Kai Constructs official partner in Mechanical Works, General Structural Steel, Metal, Stainless, Steel and Aluminium Fabrication, and Metal works (CNC Profile Cutting, Bending, Shearing, Rolling and etc).
Incoming jobs pertaining to metal structures and fabrication of metal-related products will be given to Sin Cheong Engineering as a priority to execute.

In the Build sector, Kai Constructs focuses on contracting works for interior finishing and decoration such as erection of false ceiling and partition, electrical works, tiling, installation of vinyl flooring and wall panelling.
Design Division
In the Design sector, Design Theory Ptd Ltd, a sub company of Kai Constructs, focuses on interior design and detailing works for residential and commercial projects. Design Theory hire sales interior designers on commission based with a full time in-house designer and drafter to assist new designers. Design Theory caters to residential clients without prevailing local taxes.
Supply Devision
In the Supply sector, Kai Constructs focuses on the sales of a variety of building related products such as Vinyl flooring from JAB Anstoetz and Trenco, China Imported bamboo fiber panels.
